Art is an excited and relevant communicator of God's Word .  His vision for Valley View is evident in his passion, commitment and messages. Pastor Art believes the Church, done right, is the hope for this fallen and hurting world.  Art also believes the church is most effective when authentic people are building vibrant relationships with one another in the church as well as with those in the community.  Pastor Art's emphasis on authentic community, everyone being a part of a small group and friendship evangelism has encouraged everyone at Valley View to join together to make our church a 21st century example of what the life and ministry of Jesus was all about.  Pastor Art is deeply committed to God, the family, and the local church...he also enjoys the beach!

Pastor Melvin is Valley View's Care Pastor.  He is an excellent counselor and encourager to shut-ins and those who are hospitalized.  Melvin's wife, Helen is a great help and visitation partner with Melvin.  These are the people you want praying for you!  Melvin and Helen both have a heart for ministry and for loving God's people!

Julie is committed to teaching Valley View's children about Christ in a way that all can understand and appreciate.  She is extremely dedicated and gifted and enjoys using using various mediums, in many forms, to teach our children what it means to be a Christian in today's world.  During our search for a Youth Pastor Julia has been a tremendous help in keeping the teens involved and has provided outstanding leadership for our fundraising activities.   

Please pray for our new Youth Pastor and his wife Jenn and their family.  Mike is a passionate believer who loves teens and wants to give his life to seeing them grow in Christ!  He and Jenn and their family are excited to be a part of the Valley View Team and we are excited to have them!
